These entities use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and online services, including your IP address, device identifiers, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked, and conversion information. Promotional communications. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Byrst by following the instructions in those emails or by logging into your account. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Mobile push notifications and alerts. With your consent, we send promotional and other push notifications to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

The Services are controlled by Byrst from its offices in the United States. Byrst may store and use information in the United States and other jurisdictions; any personal data provided to Byrst will be transmitted to or within those jurisdictions. Byrst also may transfer information and personal data to other jurisdictions to facilitate Byrst's third party processors' access to and/or processing of information and/or personal data. For individuals in the EU, whenever we transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it as in the EEA by using specific contractual clauses approved by the European Commission which give personal data the same protection it has in Europe.
Byrst makes no representation that materials on the Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.
